In this post, I will show you how to install SCSM 2019. System Center Service Manager is very close to ServiceNow ticketing system used by many company to trace support tickets and others.

I was able to successfully install Primary Management Server and other roles on SM1. Still having issue with Data Warehouse Management Server install on SM2.

Please note Data Warehouse Management Server is not required for lab testing. This server is widely used for reporting purpose. I am still trying to fix Data Warehouse Management Server install. Will update with the fix at a later date.
