In this post, I will show you the steps involved in creating Windows Virtual Desktop environment in Azure. To perform this exercise you need Azure Subscription and couple of hours to complete the configuration. It will be multi stage.

In part 1, I cover the basic task of setting up the environment in Azure. In part 2, I will cover installing Domain Controller in Azure and in Part 3, I will complete Windows Virtual Desktop deployments. Please note you will incur some cost to complete this exercise in Azure.
